Shipping Information*
To receive your order by Christmas, order by:
- 8 December for Northern Territory postcodes 0800 to 0899, Western Australia Postcodes 6000 to 6999, Tasmania.
- 8 December for New Zealand
- 15 December for the rest of Australia.
If you order by the above deadlines, your package will leave our distribution centre in time to make it to you by Christmas. Please note that we set dates based on typical delivery times reported to us by postal carriers and we can’t be responsible for weather, carrier issues or other delays beyond our control.
Ordering early is always your best bet! We will continue to ship any orders placed after the deadline, but we cannot guarantee they will be shipped in time for Christmas.
Cutoff dates are based on local shipping timeframes and may be subject to change.
Orders* shipped to Australia:
- With a retail value of $.01 - $99.99, shipping will be $10.00.
- With a retail value of $100 - $339.99, shipping will be 10 percent of the product total.
- With a retail value of $340 or more, shipping will be FREE.

*For orders attached to an online party shipped to Australia with a retail value of $0.01 - $99.99, shipping will be $10; for orders with a retail value of $100 or more, shipping will be 10 percent of the product total.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it in resalable condition to your Independent Consultant for exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Scentsy does not offer refunds.
Scentsy Diffusers, Scentsy Go, Scentsy Go Solid and Scentsy Air Purifier — limited lifetime warranty
Scentsy Diffusers, Scentsy Go, Scentsy Go Solid and Scentsy Air Purifier are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Any Scentsy Air Purifier, Scentsy Go or Scentsy Diffuser found to be defective or damaged under normal use and care within six months of purchase will be replaced with the same, or comparable, product at Scentsy’s discretion at no cost to you. After six months, Scentsy will replace any of these products due to manufacturer defects, but will require a processing fee.
